Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the FetFive app and through the related public support form. FetFive is intended for adults age 18 and older.

2. Information in the app

FetFive has no user accounts and does not provide account creation or sign-in. Journal entries, reflections, guided check-ins, Care Kit items, cycle history, drafts, app preferences, and the private support-plan label and message are stored locally on your device.

When you attach a photo, FetFive copies the selected image into the app's local storage. Deleting the app's copy does not delete the original image from your photo library.

FetFive does not use cloud sync, advertising, analytics, remote configuration, or AI processing for this app content. The app does not sell your app content or use it for targeted advertising.

3. Device permissions and system features

Camera and photo library

These permissions are used only when you choose to take or select a photo for a journal entry.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, FetFive schedules neutral check-in notifications locally on your device. The app reads the device time zone so reminders can be scheduled at the selected local time. FetFive does not use remote push notifications.

Device authentication

If you enable App Lock, FetFive asks the operating system to confirm device authentication. FetFive receives only whether authentication succeeded, was cancelled, or was unavailable. It does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, or device passcode.

4. Public support form

FetFive has no user accounts. The Support Form works in a browser without sign-in. If you submit it, it collects the topic and message you provide, optional name and contact details, the form page address, referring page when available, browser user-agent information, submission time, and a request status.

Support submissions are stored for later review. Optional contact details are used only in connection with the request. If you omit them, the request can still be reviewed, but there may be no way to contact you.

5. Sharing and service operation

FetFive does not sell personal information. Information submitted through the support form may be processed by service providers that operate the hosted page and store support requests. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse of the support service.

6. Retention and deletion

You can delete individual journal items or cycles in the app. You can also use Settings → Delete all data to remove FetFive's journal entries, copied photos, Care Kit, guided cycles, drafts, preferences, and pending reminders from that device. Uninstalling the app also removes app-managed local data, subject to operating-system backup and restoration settings outside FetFive's control.

Support requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, operate and protect the support service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

7. Security

FetFive uses local app storage and offers optional system device authentication. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and device backups. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

FetFive is not directed to anyone under 18, and the support service is not intended to collect information from children. Do not use FetFive or submit the support form if you are under 18.

9. Your choices

You can decline or revoke optional camera, photo-library, notification, and device-authentication permissions through the app or system settings. You can delete local app data using FetFive's deletion controls. For a question about a support submission, use the Support Form and include enough non-sensitive detail to identify the request.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when FetFive's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published.
